Return Policy

RETURN

You can submit a claim if you received a incorrect or defective item no later than 3 days after the item is received. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To file your claim, send us an email at support@customilo.com with the email subject "Return Order #0000 (order number)". We require at least a photograph of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.

In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your case at no cost. But we cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by buyer. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

You can ask for any returns, claims, refunds or cancellations request no later than 3 days after you receive the item(s).

REFUND (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 5 business days.

Refund will be credited in the amount of item prices excluding shipping charges, in the same form as the original payment type. Item replacement will be arranged at no cost. Return of original item is not required.

 

REPLACEMENT (If Applicable)

We receive exchange or replacement of the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@customilo.com with the email subject "Replacement of Order #0000 (order number)". We require at least a photograph of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Our return, refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by buyer.

Also, we cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by buyer. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

 

ORDER CORRECTION OR CANCELLATION REQUESTS

By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. To submit the order correction or cancellation requests send us an email at support@customilo.com with the email subject "Cancel / Correction Order #0000 (order number)". Therefore, any cancellation request of transaction that have been fulfilled will be rejected. We only accept order correction or cancellation requests only 12 hours after payment is made.
