Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your case please Contact Us so we can help resolve your issue. Our support team goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
We have a 7 days return or exchange guarantee. If 7 days have gone by since you receive it, we are unable to process your request. Buyer is responsible for returning the case back to Customilo to receive exchange.
To be eligible for a return, first you have to submit a request for return by contact us. Then, our customer service will tell you the next step.
In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your case at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.

REFUNDÂ (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
Refund will be credited in the amount of item prices excluding shipping charges, in the same form as the original payment type. Item replacement will be arranged at no cost. Return of original item is not required.

REPLACEMENTÂ (If Applicable)
We receive exchange or replacement of the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@customilo.com and send your item to:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser.
To file your claim, send us an email at support@customilo.com. We require at least a photograph of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.
We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGE ITEM
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of transaction that have been fulfilled will be rejected. Cancellation request and exchange item only receive before 24 hours after payment is made.
